" SAFE AND ALWAYS ON TIME" Policies & Procedures 1 - If you cancel for any reason 24 hrs prior to the scheduled event, Affordable & Dependable Car Service will charge the credit card provided to us at the time of the original reservation, the FULL AMOUNT of the booking. 2 - The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. 3- . Reservation can not be cancelled within 24 hours of service, if so client will be responsible for entire amount of reservation including gratuity. 4 - Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. 5 –Wait time charges $15.00 per ¼ hour will be charged 60 minutes after arrival of all domestic and international flights. 6- All payments are non refundable. 7- A fee of 250.00 for each carpet or seat burn. And Sanitation fee is 250.00. 8- Affordable & Dependable Car Service is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. 9 The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). 10 We are not responsible for delays or the termination of a reservation that is caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, snow or ice etc.) due to in climate weather. 11- drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. 12 Not responsible for articles left in the limousine.
